Pastel Painting for Everyone

Service Description

Have you ever wanted to learn to paint with pastels but didn’t know how to get started? In this beginner’s class we will learn a little about the qualities of soft pastels and pastel paper and work on a painting. Pastels are a fun and forgiving medium, we will learn about blocking in, underpainting and working in layers to blend and create a different picture each month. Be sure to wear your messy clothes (pastel will come out in the wash). All materials will be provided so just bring yourself and a willingness to play! Min/Max students: 5/12 Date: December 14th Time: 6:30-8:30 $50 includes a $15 Materials Fee

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes things come up after you've registered for a class. Please understand that once a class is set to run, materials have been purchased in preparation and that minimums need to be maintained to run classes. Our canellation policy for classes is as follows: Registrants cancelling for a class more than 14 days in advance are given a 100% Refund or credit for a future class. 8-13 days in advance provides a 100% credit for a future class, but no refunds. 3-7 days in advance provides a 50% credit towards a future class. Those cancelling within 48 hours of a class, or who fail to show up for a class forfeit their tuition fee.
