Service Description
This Elementary Art Camp week will run from Monday, July 13- Thursday the 16th from 9 AM - 1PM daily. (This app only allows me to book the first day of the camp, so your reminder will only feature the first Monday.) Students who have just completed 1st grade through those going into their 6th grade year are eligible for signup. Groups will not exceed eight students. Students will be exposed to skills such as but not limited to drawing, painting, and sculpture - taking a deeper dive into projects than Saturday Classes allow for. Students should dress for a mess! All students must bring a drink and a lunch. NO peanut products allowed on the first day (at least) so we can confirm there are no allergies that may put others at risk. Projects will be split between morning and afternoon, with many projects covering multiple days. Kindly do not sign your student up for this class if he/she cannot attend all days. Drop off is permitted 5 minutes before the session starts, (not before - we won't have the staff to supervise your cherubs - thank you!) and pick up is promptly at 1 PM. All work will go home at the end of the week. HeARTspot is conveniently located on Pawtucket Avenue in East Providence, right off of 195 with plenty of free, off-street parking. Camp is $285, all materials included. At least 3 students must be registered to run the class.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes things come up after you've registered for a class. Please understand that once a class is set to run, materials have been purchased in preparation and that minimums need to be maintained to run classes. Our canellation policy for classes is as follows: Registrants cancelling for a class more than 14 days in advance are given a 100% Refund or credit for a future class. 8-13 days in advance provides a 100% credit for a future class, but no refunds. 3-7 days in advance provides a 50% credit towards a future class. Those cancelling within 48 hours of a class, or who fail to show up for a class forfeit their tuition fee.
