Sunday, October 5, 1:00-4:30PM Cost: $60 tuition + $5 materials fee Min/Max students: 4/10 Materials: All materials included Workshop description: SoulCollage® is a creative mindfulness practice. Using the art of collage, we give ourselves permission to play, contemplate, and look within ourselves. Inspired by the HeARTspot’s annual “Art of Darkness” exhibit, we’re going to the dark side where we’ll examine our “Shadow Selves”! What are “Shadow Selves”? They are our most uncomfortable aspects: anger, jealousy, judgement, denial, impatience, overeating, etc., They are parts that get in our way. Examining our Shadow Selves is a powerful tool for self-discovery. During this workshop, Facilitator Jennifer Watson will create a safe space where you can explore your dark side using the powerful SoulCollage® process. We’ll name, claim, and tame our darker parts by making and then journal with our SoulCollage® cards with questions designed to uncover the answers we have inside us. This workshop is open to everyone. Experienced SoulCollagers – welcome back! Never heard of SoulCollage® until today? You “Newbies” are welcome, too!
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes things come up after you've registered for a class. Please understand that once a class is set to run, materials have been purchased in preparation and that minimums need to be maintained to run classes. Our canellation policy for classes is as follows: Registrants cancelling for a class more than 14 days in advance are given a 100% Refund or credit for a future class. 8-13 days in advance provides a 100% credit for a future class, but no refunds. 3-7 days in advance provides a 50% credit towards a future class. Those cancelling within 48 hours of a class, or who fail to show up for a class forfeit their tuition fee.
